Hours of Operation for call centre 

• Mon/ Tues/Wed     Book prior to 2200hours 10:00pm
• Thursday               Book prior to 2300 hours 11:00pm
• Friday/Sat             Book prior to midnight to aviod dissappointment
• Sunday                  Book prior to 2200 hours 10:00pm
• Prebookings required for drivers outside these standard hours of operation.

Payment

• When you make a booking, an initial charge of $35 is payable.

• A distance rate of $2.50 per kilometre is payable when you reach your destination. The distance is calculated at the time of booking using an online satelite navigation tool.

• You will receive a booking reminder prior to pick-up, confirming time and location.

Waiting Time Charge

• The first ten minutes following the requested booking time are free of charge.
• Any subsequent waiting time is charged at $5.00 per 5 minutes up to 15 minutes, then we may leave.
• Waiting time charges are applied if requested to stop off en-route.
• Waiting times are at our discretion.
• Delay to your booking may result in other bookings being affected.
• Drivers wait a maximum of 15 minutes during busy periods. Then you may be charged the full fare.
• Full fare is charged for non-appearance. The waiting time charge is not applied in this instance.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made no less than one hour prior to commencement of journey.
• Appointments cancelled within one hour of booked time are charged the minimum fare $35.
• Journeys cancelled within 30 minutes to an hour of booked time are charged the full fare.
• Onewaydriver reserves the right to cancel any journey, for any reason, at any time.
